A Priceless Work of Art

God mended my broken heart after every attempt I failed at giving it to someone who didn’t deserve it. He has been the calm to my anxious heart. I was once a soul searching for a place of safety. But, then I realized my soul belonged to God from the time He saved me. I’m constantly reminded of the worth and value I have in His eyes. Please understand that you can be graced to love more than you’ve ever been broken. God is the Master Artist of making beautiful mosaics out of shattered hearts. When your heart is seen by someone far from being blind, they’ll see a reflection of Him with His engraved signature on it. They’ll see a masterpiece that’s priceless and will be willing to pay the price to have it. We often see people, but we don’t see what’s deep within them. I want to do for others what God has done for me, in loving me back to life in my brokenness. I want Him to love someone through me. Show grace the same way He has shown grace to me, time and time again. Give a hug to someone through me, that every bit of pain they feel can be released as they exhale, and so all their fears can become dispelled. God is the perfect Artisan. He makes something so beautiful out of broken hearts. Only this time, it should be given to someone who sees what He sees in you. The cost of having what He handcrafted shouldn’t be cheapened by someone’s inability to see the work of His hands. Your heart belongs to Him. Who He has for you will want to polish it, not stain it, then walk away. They should value you, just as God values you. You’re a priceless work of art and you’re so worth it!
